Our Mission

We believe every Australian deserves access to a fair, transparent, and accountable justice system—regardless of their postcode or bank balance.

Transparency

We advocate for open judicial processes, accessible court records, and clear explanations of legal decisions. Justice must be seen to be done.

Accessibility

Legal representation shouldn't be a luxury. We fight for expanded legal aid, community legal centres, and plain-language legal resources.

Accountability

When the system fails, there must be consequences. We demand independent oversight of judicial conduct and meaningful remedies for misconduct.

Our Story

Fair Go Justice was born from a simple truth: too many Australians have experienced a justice system that doesn't work for them.

From families who couldn't afford legal representation, to whistleblowers who faced retaliation, to everyday citizens caught in bureaucratic nightmares—the stories kept coming. And they all pointed to the same systemic failures.

In 2024, a group of concerned Australians decided enough was enough. We started collecting stories, researching solutions, and building a movement. Today, over 12,847 Australians have signed our petition demanding a Royal Commission into judicial integrity.

We are not anti-lawyer or anti-judge. We believe the vast majority of legal professionals are dedicated to justice. But we also believe that systemic problems require systemic solutions—and that meaningful reform can only come through public pressure and political will.

"When people stand together, systems must change. That's the Australian way."

We invite you to join us. Whether you've experienced injustice firsthand, know someone who has, or simply believe in the principle of a fair go—your voice matters.

Our Values

Community First

We center the voices of those affected by systemic failures. Real stories drive real change.

Evidence-Based

Our reform proposals are grounded in research, legal scholarship, and international best practices.

Non-Partisan

Justice reform transcends political boundaries. We work with anyone committed to meaningful change.

Respectful

We critique systems, not individuals. Constructive dialogue leads to lasting solutions.
